Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our team as a Regional Vice President, Brand. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and service growth in the Western region of Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the industry
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
