About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business Analyst to join our Card Domain team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business teams and delivery teams in decision-making and delivery
  • Define process scope and lead planning activities for various deliverables
  • Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders and model current and target processes
  • Conduct high-level and detailed impact analyses and apply best practices to identify business requirements
  • Define user test scenarios and support users with operational transfer
About the Team

You will be part of a large team of 200 colleagues, reporting to a Delivery Manager. Our team is dedicated to the transformation of the Card Domain, and we are committed to ongoing development and internal mobility.

Requirements
  • University degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience
  • Business analysis skills in a tech-based ecosystem
  • Experience in end-to-end business process transformation
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping
  • Experience with testing scenarios and user support
