Chief Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business Analyst to join our Card Domain team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with business teams and delivery teams to drive business and technology projects forward.
Key Responsibilities- Support Business Decision-Making: Collaborate with product owners, business line partners, and IT teams to inform decision-making and drive project deliveries.
- Process Optimization: Define the scope of processes to be optimized and lead planning activities for various deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and drive project success.
- Process Modeling: Model current and target processes based on the Bank's existing mapping practices.
- Impact Analysis: Conduct high-level and detailed impact analyses on all angles of processes, working closely with experts.
- Business Requirements: Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements, ensuring their traceability and connections.
- User Support: Define and identify user test scenarios and support users with operational transfer.
- Change Management: Develop proposals for change management strategies for users of the solution.
Our IT team is comprised of over 2,300 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities and stay on the cutting edge of technology. As part of the Card Domain team, you will be part of a large team of 200 colleagues, reporting to a Delivery Manager.

- Process Transformation: Experience in the end-to-end transformation of business processes.
- Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping, including Business Capacities, modeling, BPMN, and Lean approach.
- Testing and User Support: Experience with testing scenarios and user support.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analytically, and communicate effectively.
- Agile Methodology: Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
