About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business Analyst to join our Card Domain team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with business teams and delivery teams to drive business and technology projects forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Business Decision-Making: Collaborate with product owners, business line partners, and IT teams to inform decision-making and drive project deliveries.
  • Define Process Scope: Identify areas for process optimization and lead planning activities for various deliverables.
  • Lead Stakeholder Workshops: Facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders to gather input and drive project forward.
  • Model Business Processes: Develop current and target process models based on the Bank's existing mapping practices.
  • Conduct Impact Analysis: Perform high-level and detailed impact analyses on all aspects of processes, with the support of experts.
  • Develop Business Requirements: Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements, ensuring their traceability.
  • Support User Testing: Define user test scenarios and support users with operational transfer.
  • Develop Change Management Strategies: Propose change management strategies for users of the solution.
About the Team

You will be part of a large team of 200 colleagues, reporting to a Delivery Manager. Our team is dedicated to the transformation of the Card Domain, and you will contribute to projects alongside project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance specialists.

Requirements
  • University Degree: A degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience.
  • Business Analysis Skills: Proven business analysis skills in a tech-based ecosystem.
  • End-to-End Transformation Experience: Experience in the end-to-end transformation of business processes.
  • Business Process Improvement Knowledge: Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping, including Business Capacities, modeling, BPMN, and Lean approach.
  • Testing and User Support Experience: Experience with testing scenarios and user support.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to think strategically, analytically, and communicate effectively.
  • Agile Methodology Knowledge: Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Language

English and French are the primary languages required for this role, as you will need to discuss frequently with service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
