About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business Analyst - Card Domain Transformation to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our Card Domain team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and delivering high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business analysis skills, process optimization expertise, change management knowledge, and project management experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English (en-US) is required.
