Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 2872940 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
