Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with our business goals and customer needs.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, and handle heavy loads.
