Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 2872940 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
The Retail Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
