- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies, ensuring they are fair and competitive.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and efficient supply chains.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations and providing high-quality service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
