Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory systems.
  • Conduct evaluations of employee performance.
  • Supervise both office and volunteer staff members.
