Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2 3 1 3 2 3 6 O N T A R I O I N C. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales team members, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and retail salespersons.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and ensure that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, inventory levels, and personnel matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
Work Environment

The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will be required to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
