Position Overview:
As a Retail Merchandising Team Leader, you will be instrumental in guiding Merchandising Associates to elevate customer satisfaction and maximize inventory efficiency, following the directives of the Merchandising Execution Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing, mentoring, training, and nurturing the development of Merchandising Associates
  • Evaluating the performance of team members
  • Partnering with store management to implement merchandising initiatives, seasonal transitions, and special assignments
  • Leading, monitoring, and supporting merchandising operations such as restocking, pricing adjustments, labeling, and display arrangement
  • Ensuring accurate ordering and positioning of point-of-purchase materials and signage in accordance with planograms
  • Offering insights on cross-merchandising efforts as outlined in the merchandising off-shelf program
  • Leveraging store systems to retrieve essential merchandising reports
Preferred Qualifications / Skills & Competencies:
  • Background in retail merchandising services or experience with a large retail organization
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Attention to Detail: Upholding high quality standards, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining vigilance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to promote collaboration
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer skills and web-based applications
  • Capable of performing some heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods; comfortable using ladders and lift equipment
  • Experience operating forklifts is a plus
