About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business results
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial sales or account management
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its complexities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field an asset
