About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Airport Inn. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
