Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow our commercial client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their risk management and insurance needs
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue and close new sales
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, account managers, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
- Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs) established by management
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
