Job Title: Project Coordinator - Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Construction Solutions ASI Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Contract Management: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring high-quality construction projects.
  • Technical Skills: Operate CADD and other computer software systems, read blueprints, schemas, and drawings.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and oversee the analysis of data and information.
  • Supervision: Supervise contractors and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large caseload. They will be required to work under pressure and have excellent time management skills.
