Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at GTL Construction Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates, planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit accurate and detailed construction project budget estimates.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and performance.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
