Restaurant Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at FFLECS Restaurant Management Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service
- Develop and implement efficient food preparation and service methods to meet customer demand.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
- Staff Management
- Train and develop kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Quality Control and Budgeting
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets for food and kitchen supplies.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education and Experience
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
