Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Hardware department. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Greet Customers Warmly: Welcome customers to our store, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
- Assess Customer Needs: Identify customers' requirements and provide expert advice on our hardware and tools products.
- Promote Products: Present and demonstrate products, highlighting their features and benefits, and suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Support Marketing Efforts: Assist in the display of merchandise, visual presentation, and labeling of products in the hardware department.
- Operate a Forklift (if required): Safely operate a forklift, following company procedures and policies.
- Comply with Company Policies: Adhere to policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, breakage of goods, and health and safety.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Knowledge of Hardware and Tools: Familiarity with our hardware and tools products, including their features and applications.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods, as required by the role.
