We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at 10710105 Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to office support staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Establish and prioritize work procedures to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including budget preparation and inventory management, to support the smooth operation of our organization.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, promoting clear communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
