About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document Management
    • Prepare and format page presentation for various documents and reports.
    • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
  • Office Operations
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
    • Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
    • Be able to handle heavy loads and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
