About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at 2525412 Ontario Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Respond to incoming telephone and electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Process and forward mail, both manually and electronically, in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Send and receive messages, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and format documents for presentation, including reports and other materials.
    • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Contract and Budget Management
    • Prepare and monitor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, providing support to management as needed.
    Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working in a team-oriented setting.
    • Hours of work will be 32 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
    • The primary language of work will be English.
