About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Side by Side ABA Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families, delivering evidence-based interventions in the children's home.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments in a home setting using standardized tools to identify presenting impairments or diagnoses.
  • Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based information, best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise.
  • Engage clients, families, and caregivers to address client-centered goals and provide coaching.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, client response, and progress toward goal attainment.
  • Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention using SMART goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with Autism.
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Proof of professional liability insurance.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work.
  • ADP authorizer status is an asset.
