Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nutrition services to patients, utilizing your expertise in clinical techniques and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement nutrition programs and services to support patient care and health outcomes.
