Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy project initiatives, break down complex problem statements, and conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Derive insights from research, interpret implications, and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Develop structured, solution-focused methodologies for addressing challenges.
  • Produce clear and well-organized communications, including impactful presentations and slides.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry topics and trends, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the landscape.
  • Demonstrate ownership of projects, execute tasks with efficiency, and actively seek feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Possess a university degree along with 2-5 years of pertinent business experience.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a background in data analysis and effective collaboration.
  • Show resourcefulness in acquiring knowledge of new domains, embrace challenges, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Experience in management consulting is advantageous.
