As a Senior Analyst, Business Performance, you'll play a key role in this transformation by analyzing business data, providing technical solutions, and troubleshooting issues to support business optimization and systems transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to support business optimization and systems transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and resolve data-related incidents.
- Document business processes and provide guidance on operational data elements, data structure, and tools to interact with data.
- An undergraduate degree in Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of data-related experience, including cross-system integrations.
- Preferred experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, DevOps, Azure, and Custom Applications built with microservices.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to discuss technical topics with non-technical audiences.
- Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience.
This is a temporary full-time position with flexibility in how, when, and where we work, within the boundaries of business needs and the nature of the role. Our salaries generally range from $70,354. We offer alternative work arrangements for Indigenous candidates and support towards personal and professional growth with training, mentorship, and more.
