As a key member of our team, you will guide clients through every phase of their Workday journey – from transformation and implementation to ongoing operation. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless data integration and successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday, encompassing design, configuration, testing, and implementation strategies.
  • Champion company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance and best practices.
  • Drive tactical direction for project workstreams, making informed decisions that align with client objectives.
  • Identify dependencies and foster collaboration between diverse workstreams within projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of other consultants, nurturing their professional growth and development.
  • Design and implement data tracking and monitoring tools, generating insightful reports that empower clients with actionable information.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies, risk mitigation plans, and recommendations to meet client requirements effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional discussions related to Workday tenant build execution, ensuring alignment and progress.
  • Leverage technical skills to map data sources into Workday using both delivered tools and custom Cognizant solutions for the data conversion process.
  • Guide clients through the data extract and cleansing process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Load customer data, migrate configurations between tenants, identify potential risks and issues during conversion, troubleshoot load problems, and meticulously document any encountered challenges.
  • Create scripts to transform and load data, devising strategies to enhance and normalize client data for optimal integration with Workday.
  • Lead the validation of loaded data, collaborating closely with clients to ensure a thorough understanding of the validation process.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout all project phases, facilitating a smooth transition from legacy systems to Workday solutions.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping clients, project teams, and Engagement Managers informed about project progress and any significant changes.
  • Embrace leadership opportunities within projects, driving successful outcomes and fostering team collaboration.
