Our client, a leading bank in Canada, is seeking a highly skilled Workday Solutions Consultant to join their team. This is a hybrid role, requiring one day a week in the office in downtown Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR and business functions, subject matter experts, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize business processes and implement changes and enhancements in Workday.
  • Gather, document, and socialize requirements, ensuring full testing and regression of all changes. Identify opportunities to unlock the value of Workday through ongoing adoption of new features and enhancements.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to provide consultation and Workday subject matter expertise, leveraging deep understanding of Workday functionality and system experience design.
  • Understand the current state and future objectives of operational processes and support leaders and partners to assess potential options and change impacts.
  • Provide cycle administration and consulting support for CIBC's operational cycles and annual activities.
  • Consult with broader teams to support change management and process improvement initiatives, equipping HR and Delivery functions with the knowledge necessary to support Workday solutions.
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with internal and external partners to provide consultative advice and work collaboratively to find solutions.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Workday experience, with a focus on data management and integrations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with a strong understanding of formulas.
Nice to Have:
  • Design/configuration experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
  • Related certifications.
  • Experience with other Workday modules.
  • Basic SQL skills.
  • Banking experience.
