Your Role...

As a key player in our customer-focused operations, you will be responsible for a range of activities related to vehicle sales and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving vehicle sales to meet volume and profit objectives
  • Acting as the primary contact between the dealership and customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
  • Crafting and delivering persuasive sales presentations
  • Listening attentively to customer needs and preferences
  • Providing detailed information on vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
  • Conducting test drives to showcase vehicle performance

Your Profile...

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in sales, with the following qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
  • Valid OMVIC license
  • Clean Driver's Abstract and valid Driver's License
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Adaptability to changing environments and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
