In this role, you will report to the Unit Manager of Emergency and Ambulatory Care. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and nursing practices for individuals presenting in the Emergency Department.
You will also deliver nursing care, support, and relief across various nursing departments, including Intensive Care, Maternity, Medical/Surgical, and Ambulatory Care, all while adhering to quality management frameworks and the mission of our organization.
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts including Days and Nights - 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00

- Current registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body as a practicing RN.
Certification Requirements:
Maintain and acquire skills in CPR, Neonatal Resuscitation, IV therapy, Blood Glucose Monitoring, Ventilator management, and basic Cardiac Monitoring.
- A minimum of three years of recent full-time experience in acute care settings, including intensive care, obstetrics, and emergency services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact positively with others.
- Physical capability to perform the duties of the role.
- Proficiency in operating relevant medical equipment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to educate and mentor others.
- Capacity to work independently and take initiative.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and responsive under pressure.
- Knowledge of specialized procedures and techniques, including medication infusions.
