We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Fort St. John Hospital. As a key member of our Ambulatory Care Clinic, you will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate nursing services, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient assessment, education, and care coordination in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Administer chemotherapy and provide health promotion information to patients and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan, implement, and evaluate systemic therapy and ambulatory care services.
- Assist in the development of clinical skills for hospital and community care providers.
- Coordinate staffing and patient care activities with the Program Manager and Hospital Supervisor.

- Ability to deal effectively with a variety of internal and external contacts.
