Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to manage and streamline our administrative operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office activities and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Organize and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Gather and compile relevant data and statistics.
  • Supervise the preparation of various reports.
  • Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary education.
  • Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
