About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Patrack Au Realty & Management. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating office services.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain budgetary controls, and assemble data for periodic and special reports.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
