Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Patrack Au Realty & Management. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Office Operations
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication and Reporting
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Computer and Technology
- Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Personal Qualities
- Flexibility, organized, reliable, and strong time management skills.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
