Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at LOPON PRODUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, including administration, coordination, and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. Attention to detail is essential for this role.
