Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at DIWAN A DAWETT RESTAURANT LTD O/A DAWETT RESTAURANT. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy and Procedure Development

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.

Office Management

Establish and maintain office routines, schedules, and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Communication and Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Support

Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Supply Management

Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.

Information Management

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Correspondence and Reporting

Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
