People and Culture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at Maple. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our HR strategies align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- 5+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is preferred
- Experience in a start-up or SaaS environment is an asset
