Job Title: Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our client's team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Seasonal Positioning: Develop and implement seasonal positioning strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Forecasting: Perform seasonal and annual forecasting to ensure accurate sales projections.
  • Marketing Presentations: Assist in developing seasonal marketing presentations for brand and retailer partners.
  • Marketing Calendar: Create and maintain a seasonal marketing calendar, plans, and materials for sales teams.
  • Training Programs: Collaborate with the Education Manager to develop supporting training programs for sales teams.
  • Event Planning: Organize special in-store and outbound events aligning with brand image, liaising with Regional Account Executives for execution and results analysis.
  • Reporting: Provide monthly reporting to brand partners.
  • Digital Materials: Assist in managing digital and social media materials.
  • Advertising: Proof and layout advertising and visuals.
  • Business Analytics: Conduct business analytics, including price and competitor analysis.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Handle forecasting and reporting.
  • Team Management: Manage direct reports and projects.
Qualifications:
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record in executing plans and projects on time and on budget.
  • Seasonal Industry: Capable of meeting the demands of a seasonal industry.
  • Deadlines: Understanding of tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.
  • Education: Education in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the beauty industry is required.
  • Brand Segment Management: 5 years of experience in brand segment management.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and French.
  • Reporting Tools: Experience with Cognos reporting and proficiency in MS Excel.
What You Will Receive:
