Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities that support our business goals. Your primary objective will be to create and implement effective marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Communications: Assist in the development of company-branded collateral, presentations, and other written materials that align with our brand image and messaging.
  • Marketing Planning and Execution: Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of corporate and client-facing events, industry conferences, and trade shows. Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure alignment with our marketing strategy.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on marketing program performance. Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate university degree or college diploma in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing) with a minimum of 3 years' marketing experience.
  • Extensive experience marketing products and services within a B2B context, preferably with experience in Enterprise account-based marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, consensus-building, time management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM tool), Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign would be an asset.
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
