Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Brand Manager, you will:

  1. Formulate and execute a comprehensive multi-year strategic business plan for your assigned brand.
  2. Oversee the launch of new products and develop robust go-to-market strategies, including pricing and merchandising.
  3. Create impactful marketing communications across various channels, including digital, eCommerce, and traditional media.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Ensure the accuracy of monthly and annual sales forecasts and performance metrics.
  6. Conduct consumer research to gather insights that will enhance marketing initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on projects and achieve sales and profitability goals.
  8. Manage the brand's P&L and provide recommendations for investment to foster growth.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected completion in the near future or holding a relevant degree.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining high standards.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of navigating through uncertainty.
  • Curiosity and creativity in developing innovative solutions that drive business success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying opportunities.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and digital marketing strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in brand management or relevant marketing internships.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, budget management, and forecasting.
