Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Brand Strategist to join our team. As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for learning the ins and outs of the Amazon Marketplace, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing data-driven proposals and strategic recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and providing timely updates on their accounts.
  • Lead client meetings and deliver performance reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven proposals and strategic recommendations to drive client success and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the design, copywriting, advertising, and content teams to improve client accounts and overall digital marketing strategies.
  • Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure client success.
  • Manage client accounts end-to-end, including initial setup, day-to-day management, optimization, and reporting.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in account management, client service, or Amazon Seller Central.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization.
