Position: Sales Center Supervisor

CE is dedicated to distributing top brands such as Carrier, Bryant, and Payne for both commercial and residential markets, alongside a comprehensive range of aftermarket parts and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize strong knowledge of refrigeration and compressors to oversee sales and profitability goals across multiple sales centers.
  • Manage daily operations to meet both short-term and long-term sales and profit objectives.
  • Formulate business strategies that align with regional and corporate objectives.
  • Lead and mentor sales center staff to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Guide and support employees through training, performance evaluations, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Participate in hiring and training new staff, ensuring high professional standards and achievement of sales targets.
  • Conduct regular audits and business reviews to identify growth opportunities using business intelligence tools.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve performance targets by managing expenses, working capital, and inventory effectively.
  • Enhance customer experience through e-commerce initiatives.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for the sales center.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including financial transactions, communications, and reporting.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive work environment that promotes employee development and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a branch with successful business outcomes.
  • 2-3 years of industry experience, with a preference for candidates holding a college degree in business or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Solid product knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong mathematical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with strong computer skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members while making critical business decisions.
  • Engaged and enthusiastic in interactions with customers and employees.
