- Listen to and address the needs of members and clients, providing solutions to their financial empowerment challenges.
- Advise members and clients on available financial products and services, promoting our organization's cooperative values.
- Support and advise members and clients on their financial transactions, ensuring smooth and secure processing.
- Identify business opportunities and refer members and clients to colleagues who can provide specialized support.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest standards, products, and services in your field, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
