Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and providing expert advice to our members and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients feel welcome, heard, and supported in their financial journeys. This includes providing personalized solutions, promoting our cooperative values, and advocating for our clients' needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients in their financial empowerment by providing guidance on banking transactions and promoting our products and services.
- Identifying business opportunities and referring clients to colleagues who can provide specialized support.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest standards, products, and services in your field to provide expert advice.
- Upholding compliance, security, and risk management standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma in a related field.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience.

- Knowledge of security measures, legal frameworks, and internal controls.
- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives.
