The role of the Member and Client Experience Advisory Agent is to provide exceptional support to members and clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with Desjardins. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting members and clients with their financial empowerment
  • Providing personalized solutions to meet their needs
  • Identifying business opportunities and referring clients to colleagues for specialized needs
  • Ensuring smooth financial transactions and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Providing information and support on the use of technological tools and sharing advice on prevention and safety

Additionally, the agent will:

  • Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
  • Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities and ensure they are referred to the appropriate partners
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest standards, products, and services in their field
  • Uphold compliance, security, and risk management standards

Desjardins offers a competitive salary and annual bonus, 4 weeks of flexible vacation, a defined benefit pension plan, group insurance, and reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma in a related field, a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and knowledge of French. They will also possess knowledge of all counter and convenience products and services, Desjardins products and services, and security measures, legal framework, and internal controls.
