The role of the Client Experience Specialist is to provide exceptional service to members and clients, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued. This involves actively listening to their concerns, addressing their needs, and providing personalized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

As a key member of the team, the Client Experience Specialist will promote the organization's cooperative values, supporting and advising members and clients on available financial products and services. They will also be responsible for opening accounts, processing transactions, and identifying business opportunities to refer members and clients to colleagues who can provide specialized support.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma in a related field, a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of French. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
