Painters and Decorators Supervisor

Exalted Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painters and Decorators Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating operations, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule painting and decorating activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of painters and decorators, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent work quality.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
- Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety protocols and regulations.
- Material Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong attention to detail.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work outdoors, in a noisy environment, and in a construction setting.
