Painter and Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at KP 98 Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair cracks and holes to create a seamless look.
- Mix paint to the desired color and texture, taking into account the specific requirements of each project.
- Advise clients on color choices and wall coverings, providing expert recommendations.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Estimate costs and materials, providing accurate quotes to clients.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and work with a variety of materials.
- Physically demanding, requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Work with weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Client-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work 35 hours per week, with a permanent contract.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
