About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team at KP 98 Inc. as a Construction Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure our clients' properties remain in excellent condition.
  • Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Client Consultation: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, taking into account their personal preferences and design requirements.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan and schedule work to ensure timely completion.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Hand-Eye Coordination: Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination to perform tasks such as painting and decorating.
  • Color Perception: Possess the ability to distinguish between colors and select the most suitable colors for each project.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
