Exalted Construction Inc. Seeks Experienced Painters and Decorators Supervisor

Exalted Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painters and Decorators Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our painters and decorators, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of painting and decorating projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of painters and decorators, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of work being carried out, identify any issues or defects, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that the work environment is safe and free from hazards.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and ensure that their expectations are met.
- Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the painting and decorating industry
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Work Site Environment: Outdoors, noisy
- Work Setting: Construction, commercial, industrial
- Security Clearance: Basic security clearance
- Travel Requirements: Willing to travel
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player
